For repairing item
After we repair the item, we have to test and identify it. If it's perfect, we will send to you shortly. If it's unable to repair, we will send new item to you.
For new replacement
Once we confirm it's must be replaced, we will send new item to you preferentially. After that, please arrange return to us, we need it to fill RMA with manufacturer.
